Process classification:

1.Hand-poked wool plush toys: Take an appropriate amount of wool, and poke it with a felting needle on the foam pad according to the designed toy shape, and finally poke a three-dimensional plush doll, which is suitable for small batches of l plush pendants.

2.Needle felted plush toys: Use wool needles to repeatedly poke and compress the wool to gradually felt it. Then cut and sew the felted plush fabric according to the design drawing to finally form a plush toy, which is suitable for large-scale, three-dimensional plush dolls.

3.Wet felted plush toys: Wet the wool fibers, and then squeeze, rub with soap foam, etc. to make the wool fibers entangled and felted. Suitable for making simple and flat plush toys.

How to customize felt plush toys

1. Design confirmation: The customer provides us with three views of the design, and we can also design the plush image according to the customer’s description.

2. Select the process and color: Confirm the color of the required felt fabric with the customer according to the design drawing. For bulk orders, it is recommended to choose the needle felt process.

3. Plate making: Make a sample according to the design drawing. During the production process, try to restore the color, texture and details in the design draft.

4. Product production: Laser cut the fabric of each part according to the sample, then sew, fill with cotton or PP cotton, and finally seal.

5. Quality inspection: After production is completed, check whether the appearance, stitching, filling, accessories, etc. of the felt dolls meet the quality standards, and rework or repair unqualified products in a timely manner.

Advantages and disadvantages of felt toys

Advantages:

1. Environmentally friendly and degradable: natural wool felt can be naturally decomposed, and synthetic fiber models are easier to recycle than plastic toys.
